Specifically designed for home workers in NR3. This 40-minute class will activate your mobility and work through the aches and pains of desk-based days.
Flow through classes that welcome everyone and all levels of experience.

About me
After 17 years of practicing yoga, I felt inspired to take the next step by completing my Yoga Alliance Professionals accreditation and first aid training, allowing me to share the practice professionally with others.
