Specifically designed for home workers in NR3. This 40-minute class will activate your mobility and work through the aches and pains of desk-based days.

About me
After 18 years of practicing yoga, I felt inspired to take the next step by completing my Yoga Alliance Professionals accreditation and first aid training, allowing me to share the practice professionally with others.




George’s classes leave me feeling equally grounded and strong. The structure feels thoughtful and her voice cues are really clear and easy to follow. She creates such a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, and her own warmth and authenticity really come through in the way she teaches.
